The basement has a queen-sized bed and a twin full bunk bed with a private deck. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, a Laundry room with the essential things needed for washing, and Ironing, house includes a Blow dryer and towels. The family room has a fully equipped office area for handling any work away from home. The dining room table seats 9 guests. the living room has two sofas for entertaining guests. This home also includes an 18x17 screened-in back porch, a 20x14 patio with a large grill for that family BBQ, a Huge backyard, 27x12 deck with a built bar. It is your home away from home. Swimming Pool open March 1 -November 1. This home also has an enclosed garage that will seat 24 guests with a pool table. The enclosed garage does not have central heating or air, but you are welcome to use it. No DEPOSIT is required for booking this house. An additional $500 deposit is required for booking parties at this location, but we are not allowing any parties at this time.
