Two room apartment with bath,central heat & air-conditioning, fully stocked kitchen , full size refrigerator and stove also has a sitting area, TV, New King Bed and dresser, cot for extra person. Front door and back door access to relaxing back yard. You may also use the back porch (however we may join you there) , pergola (if we are not using it) and a recessed private area. The front patio is reserved for you to use as you please, it has a table w/ umbrella and 4 chairs and a bench for two.
