Cottage #1 View of Bull Shoals Lake/pets stay free

A large one bedroom cottage with a stunning view of Bull Shoals Lake. Fully Furnished down to the coffee pot! Just bring your food, beach towel and perhaps your boat. New queen bed, linens and towels. A whirlpool tub is just one of the items here to help you relax. Home made soap made by the owner. A free boat slip is included in your rental. So go fishing, water skiing, scuba diving or just go jump in the lake. Oh and we have a pool with a view located on the hillside. BBQ on right beside your deck and a picnic table so you can enjoy the view of Bull Shoals while you eat. Please keep in mind you are in the great outdoors. Along with the beauty come creepy crawly things like chiggers, ticks, snakes, wasps and flies. Bringing some bug spray along helps as well as keeping doors closed at all times. You may see some deer, turkey's, armadillos, since we are in the woods a bear or coyote and other predictors may be near so use caution. The Dock! Included in your rental is a slip in our 6 stall dock. The stalls measure 10x20. There is electric to plug in your toys, a ladder to help you back up if you choose to jump in. Please note the following. The army core of engineers controls our lake level. At time you can drive the 650 yards from the resort and park and walk right onto the dock. If the levels are high you will need to hike down the trail. Both ways are walkable but are steep and a rocky incline. So use caution. There is no sand beach it is a rocky area. You will find boating and fishing rules in each cottage and agree to follow all rules. We have 2 game cameras on the dock!!! There is NO lifeguard at either the dock or pool you agree to use at your own risk. Owners are not liable or stolen or damaged properly.
