This unique and historic lakefront home nestled in the foothills of the White mountains is one of very few in the area able to accommodate large groups under one roof. Owned by a real train engineer, the house has lots of railroad nostalgia sure to thrill all. We boast the largest yard on the lake, great for weddings and summer fun. A Hot tub, horseshoe pit, fire pit, a swing set and sandbox for the kids, a boathouse and a store/restaurant right down the street are amenities hard to find elsewhere. The house faces to the west which means you will be on the sunny side of the lake, lots of sun and great sunsets. Our huge deck and screened porch afford great views. There are 2 living rooms, each has a cable TV. There is a Pool table, foosball,fireplace, giant, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with woodstove, 2 fridges, 3 freezers, 2 ovens and 9 burners. We do have a nice relaxing hot tub. A separate hot tub fee will apply. Pets are welcome, a pet fee will apply. The owner being a railroad engineer has put his railroad touch to the home inside and out. Your kids will love the theme.
