Our rental apartment, fondly called Capt Smith, is on the first floor of a beautifully restored Victorian home, within short walking distance to the heart Camden, with its restaurants, shops, opera house, library, beach and all that picturesque Camden Harbor has to offer. You'll love the convenience of single-level living, the property's location to town, as well as the homely, comfortable, clean accommodation with all you need. There are three bedrooms all with queen size beds. One bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower stall. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and spacious living room that leads out to a gracious front porch which has table, chairs and gas grill. There is a shared laundry room and basic laundry supplies are provided. This apartment is available on a minimum 6-night weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months) or on a monthly basis, all year round. Contact owner directly for shorter stays.
