Our home is cleaned and sanitized with Clorox and disinfectants between each rental. Bed linens and pillows are available upon request and are laundered in hot water. We also have removable slipcovers for the couches which are cleaned after each rental. A spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath two-story home that has it all and sleeps 13 comfortably. This house is a perfect rental for families - or groups - looking for a great getaway on the Jersey Shore. Convenient location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train and town and plenty of driveway parking for up to 5 cars. The downstairs is open concept and is ideal for large groups. Enjoy the backyard patio which includes a BBQ and an outdoor shower. The main level has three bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a living & dining area, a full size laundry room and an enclosed sun porch. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Weekly rentals only between June 20, 2021 & Labor Day. We do not accept requests for groups under the age of 25.
