If using for scrapbooking has 12-4ft tables and chairs that will be set up for scrapbooking with lights and garbage cans. 2 extra 4ft table for cutters or product. The community is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with walk way to beach. House includes beach chair, beach towels and sand toys for the beach. House also has stand alone ice maker for filling cooler for the beach. The community has swimming pool, park, playground, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and putting green.
