The first floor has three beds and two bathrooms. The large master has a king bed. The two guest rooms each have a queen bed. Downstairs there is a living room right off of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the perfect hideaway for the kids. Sleep in the bunk bed room that can fit 8. Keep an eye on the little ones and sleep in the cozy guest room with a queen bed. The movie room has a door leading to the back deck. *The two hideaway rooms do not have windows in them.*Must be 25+ NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS/PARTIES NO SMOKING IN THE HOME NO PETS NO EVENTS/PARTIES MUST BE 25 OR OVER TO RENT BOAT SLIP NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE We are a property management company and are available by phone 24/7. This home is located in a neighborhood. Public transportation is limited. Uber and taxi services are available around town. Once your reservation is confirmed we will email over the rental agreement for you to sign. Towels for the upstairs bathroom are in the hall closet. Towels and bedding for the sofa sleepers are in the laundry room. No smoking or vaping in or around the property. Please go at down to the fire pit to smoke. Dispose of your cigarette butts properly and place them in the fire pit. Check out is at 10 AM. A late checkout or departure without specific communication will incur a $100 fine per hour.
