Relaxing Artistic Resort Like Home w/Pool

"Beautiful Property", "Most equipped", "Comfortable House", "Beautiful Original Artwork", "Wonderful guests", and "Excellent stay!" are some of the words used by our guests to describe this house. This is a great home to come to and relax after a day of traveling or while on business or even a romantic getaway. It is an ideal home for just getting away to rejuvenate and catch up with friends, family and colleagues and bond. Our home is located in a cul-de-sac quite neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms with 1 King size bed, 3 Queen beds, It has 3 dining tables and a pool table. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven, a grill, a fresh herbal garden, and two covered patios. The entire house is decorated with unique and fun artifacts that we have enjoyed collecting. There are many modern amenities throughout the house which will make you feel at ease and comfortable. You won't need to worry about anything - except for having a good time! Our aim is your relaxation and comfort! We lived in this house for over 30 years and slowly we added many unique toches to it. Now, we live next door in another house. We respect our guests and want them to have a pleasant stay and ask to respect the house and its rules. If you enjoy a quiet and relaxing place after a long day of traveling or business, we would love to have you. We also ask to respect our neighborhood and neighbors by avoiding loud and large parties specially during the quite time. Please take a few minutes and read the contract and be aware of the following rules: Check -in/Checkout • Check in is at your convenience after 3 pm or later. Check out before 11 am. We require verification of valid ID and the same credit card that was used to book the reservation. • We are expecting the same number of guests at the time of booking. If you are inviting friends to visit, please let us know in advance. Large Parties are not allowed. • Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise/music to a reasonable level especially after 10 pm. Pets • No pets, but we might make exception for small dogs for a fee. Please contact first. Pool/Spa As far as the pool, we can heat up the spa for free but because heating the pool can be expensive, we ask guests that want it heated (up to 82 degree) to pay $50 per day for the cost of heating the pool. Our pool isn’t gated. It might not be ideal for family’s with toddlers or very young children. Use pool at your own risk. • Using the pool and spa is at your own risk. Please assure your safety by using good judgment around water and in the back yard. The deepest section of the pool is only 6 feet. Jumping from the wall is prohibited. Fees • Fees for the following may apply: Extra-person (more than 8) $85 daily per person including visitors, Exceptions for a small dog $50 daily, Heating the pool (to 84 degrees) $50 per day, Smoking in the house fine $200 (backyard or patio Ok). Asking for help • We live next door in another house, Please ask us for help if there are any challenges you may be having related to our home and we will promptly assist you. We want you to have a great stay! • Refer to our “home guide” to learn how to operate the remotes, coffee maker, etc. Note Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and guest fees, and the entire party will not be permitted to check-in. False pretenses include, but are not limited to renter providing false names or ages or any material fact that would normally cause the rental request to be refused. (i.e. having a large loud party, extra visitors) Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded with lots of trees. Fullerton has become known for it's lively downtown with many appetizing restaurants, bars and active nightlife. Thursday nights offer the locals a taste of music and food at the downtown farmer's market. Local hiking and biking trails are also popular for people who enjoy the outdoors. We are located near all major attractions including Disney, Knott's, the beaches and L.A. Fullerton is also a college town, home to Cal State Fullerton University. It is only a few miles away from the 57, 91 and 5 freeways. We have lived in So. CA for many years and can give you many tips on places to visit. If you have any questions, please ask. We are about 20 minutes walking distance from the train station in downtown Fullerton. But getting around requires a car and driving.
