Specifically: • Following safety and cleaning measures recommended by CDC and State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations for vacation rentals with even more rigorous than we have always done cleaning and disinfecting of contact surfaces (interior and exterior) at our properties after each stay. • Replacing and removing the items that have difficult to reach for clean or vacuum surfaces or are infrequently used by guests. • Washing, cleaning, sanitizing of linen in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines, packing of clean linen in plastic bags and delivery to the property by professional laundry service. • Making sure all our cleaning crew members perform frequent hand washing and sanitizing, wearing disposable gloves, masks and other protection as appropriate. • Providing to our guests to use during their stay in addition to the regular supplies we usually provide supplies of liquid soap, hand sanitizer, facial tissue. The main house features a spectacular great room with a Corian kitchen, kitchen island with built-in cooktop, huge living and dining areas, beautifully decorated bedrooms, stunning Master Suite with walk-in closet for him and her, a super master bath with a custom built shower and Jacuzzi tab, a separate utility room with washer and dryer. The panoramic ocean view spans the entire east side of the main house – the great room, master bedroom and one of the bedrooms. The guest house would be great for teenage children or grandparents – it has a kitchenette with refrigerator and convection microwave for fast cooking. There are open high ceiling airy rooms, new flooring throughout, PRIVATE TOTALLY NEW SPECTACULAR Professional Tennis/Pickleball court overlooking Atlantic Ocean (finished in US Open Colors - blue playing area with green borders), Tennis/Pickleball court fencing, private Pool/Spa with automated pool controls and lights, tropical professionally landscaped lot, paved driveway with a 2-car garage and paved parking with enough space for an RVs or boat up to 28 ft. in length. Telephones are with free unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. There is Internet and Wi-Fi with free unlimited access within the property line. There are 6 TVs altogether – in each of the bedrooms and the great room of the main house, DVD, PlayStation and supply of games. Full supply of kitchen crockery and cutlery is provided, one set of linen and towels is provided for the duration of the stay, beach towels are also provided.
