If you don't have the above, we'll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request. -- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD PETS: -- We welcome pets in our home -- Please be a responsible pet owner and note that while they are welcome to come, they should not be allowed on furnitures or beddings due to difficulties in removing pet hair. Should this be violated, please expect a payment request for replacement/ professional cleaning -- A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet will be charged EXTRA GUESTS: -- We charge an extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night after the 6th guest -- If you are planning to have visitors come by please know we cannot allow the number of guests to exceed 16 in compliance of the Airbnb Party Ban -- For visitors, we charge a one time fee of $29 per guest
