Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with counter seating & a dining table for 6. There is another large dining table inside & also one outside on the patio. There is a game room with a pool table & darts. The back yard is very private with a pool & hot tub. Go for a swim in the pool & relax in the hot tub ( will heat for an additional fee) while you barbecue at the gas grill in the built-in island, which seats 4-6 people.At this time, there is no fence around the pool but we do plan to install a fence. There is an DAILY ENERGY COST for heating the pool depending on your length of stay & time of year. Very dog friendly with secure tall brick wall. The entire house is available except for the pantry, garage & office. PLEASE READ : Absolutely NO loud parties. Must be quiet after 10pm - this is not a party house.
