Stone Quarry Studio Apartment

Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO. Apartment is above a restaurant and in walking distance to retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. Just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions. We now have a portable air conditioner unit available in the apartment. The space queen bed, walk in shower only, working kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, shared washer and dryer in hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, with eating and cooking utensils. There is a staircase to walk up to studio apartment. We now have an air conditioning and heating unit in the apartment. As of 10/2016, We added a TV with DVD player that has wifi. There is NO cable. Guest access Keypad entrance into hallway that leads up to apartment, hallway has access to the washer and dryer, key lock box to access apartment key at door for easy check in and out. Interaction with guests The apartment is a self check in and check out. It uses a keypad deadbolt to enter in the staircase and a key lock box to access keys. This way we are able to offer flexible check in and check out times. Instructions on how to access apartment will be given after a quest books. We will be available anytime to answer questions or offer recommendations. Other things to note Wifi and air conditioning is now available!
