Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee. This Majestic Lake Winnipesaukee estate, created in the 1890s as a vacation residence, is the perfect getaway for families wanting to rejuvenate. Relax in the spacious main house with five bedrooms and a 50' screened-in porch perfect for dining or taking in the sunsets and panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the White Mountains. There is also a 40" TV in the home with basic cable! Adventure down to the waters edge, 1/3 of a mile from the home on the private road, (about a 5-10 minute nature walk or you can drive down) where you will find the beautiful vintage one-bedroom lakeside cabin! There is a large breakwater dock on 300 feet of private waterfront, where bald eagles make their home. Visitors passing through the gated entrance to this 100 acre property have unmatched privacy to explore, hike, swim, and play tennis. Guests also have full access to the nearby Black Point Association private sandy beach. Close by neighboring Wolfeboro, "America's oldest summer resort", boasts locally owned eateries and shops.
