Steps to Long Sands Beach - Unit 6

This is a cozy and quiet studio, just steps from Long Sands Beach in beautiful York, ME. Our studio is located at the end of a 5 unit condo- part of the Courtesy Condominium Association. You can sit right outside the unit and enjoy sun or shade and ocean views. There's a trolley stop right at the corner that can take you to Short Sands Beach. More trolleys are available from there that go to Perkins Cove in Ogunquit and beach towns to the North. Our cozy condo is perfectly located with everything you need. There's a 3 piece bathroom and a full kitchen. There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other in the back. It can sleep 4, but it is ideal for 2 adults. No smoking No pets
