Perch on nearly an acre, a stones throw away from dozens of world class wineries and 20 minutes from the Graton Casino this relaxing oasis offers a perfect location for your wine country get-a-way. There are 3 bedrooms with a bonus room that acts as a 4th bedroom with a king size sleeper sofa and a full bath. There are also air mattresses available for additional sleeping options. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the other two bedrooms. The open kitchen offer a gourmet experience for the chefs in your group and the generous open great room allows lots of space for people to congregate in. The bonus room has a big screen TV and ample seating for the whole group. The park like back yard is very private with a large pool and an outdoor dining area illuminated with sting lights for a festive atmosphere. a large covered area with gas fire pit next to the pool is the perfect spot to enjoy sun sets. There is even an outdoor shower built into the covered patio area. The rest of the back yard offers a fenced area for the kids and pets. All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, lines and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags.
