Only one hour from St. Louis, our guest house comfortably sleeps up to eight people, includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a main floor laundry, as well as all of the comforts you could possibly desire. Enjoy the stone fireplace from the living room or kitchen with the open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. Take in the views from the huge wraparound deck with a gas grill and a sparkling new hot tub. Even though your are in a secluded setting, you can still enjoy great phone service, free WiFi and full streaming capability on our large flat screen TV with a Fire-stick for unlimited viewing pleasure. The futon in the living room converts easily to a full size bed. All three bedrooms have fresh comfy beds and a lodge like ambiance to bring relaxation at the end of your day. The guest house is just a part of our secluded country estate. The aerial photos reveal a stellar view of the guest house, main house, barn, stocked lake, in-ground pool, pastures and forest with trails for walking or riding. You cannot get lost here ! Our entire 52 acres is completely fenced in ! Enjoy the patio that overlooks the lake with the fire pit for warmth, weenie roasts, and s'mores. Take a canoe or paddle boat ride on the lake, equipped with life jackets and fishing gear. We can provide rides through the property as well. If you are an equestrian, we can accommodate you with 20 acres of fenced in pasture, 20 acres of forest and riding trails, 8 stalls and an outdoor arena. We are only one hour away from the heart of downtown St. Louis and all of its attractions such as our world class Zoo, museums, Cardinal Baseball, Blues Hockey, Grants Farm, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, concert venues, shopping, and only 30 minutes from Six Flags Over Mid America.
