3rd Floor Queen Bed/Shared Bath, Great for Nurses

Clean, quiet and affordable large bedroom on the third floor with an updated bathroom in an incredibly spacious 1925 colonial in the East Forest Park neighborhood in Springfield. Towels and linens, as well as other common amenities, are provided. Missy, a large black Newfie and Cash, a GSP, visit the house occasionally. Incredibly spacious room with comfortable queen bed and very fast internet. Bedroom is on the quiet third floor, with a shared bathroom. There is another bedroom on this floor, which may or may not be booked at the time of your stay. While this room allows you some privacy, it is still inside of my home (and I live here), and there are other guests who are in the house as well, who often use the common spaces, like the living room and kitchen. Guests that are independent will do well here. I am available by text if needed during the day. Quiet neighborhood in the East Forest Park area of Springfield. Walking distance to several restaurants, including Nathan Bill's. 8 minutes to Basketball Hall of Fame 8 minutes to Forest Park 11 minutes to MGM Springfield (Casino) 15 minutes to the Big E Parking is available in front of the house, as well as on the cross street. The street is wide and most neighbors park in front of their own homes. This is on the third floor. There are two sets of stairs to climb. This is an old house and the attic is not well-insulated. The heat is steam radiators. The room also has a small space heater for cooler nights, as well as additional blankets. The room is warm in the summer and there is an AC. The closets is not accessible to guests.
