Please read the booking and cancellation policy accordingly carefully before booking if you are local. This charming home has recently gone through a tasteful upgrade to all areas of the house. When you first enter through the front door you will immediately notice that everything in the home has been tasteful update for this purpose of positive guest interaction. The living room and both bedrooms and modern ceiling fans and furniture from Ethan Allen and Arhaus. There are many custom details, the end tables formerly were formerly Bourbon Barrels. Pets - The pet fee is $35.00 per night. 1 pet maximum. No exceptions. No large dogs over 50 Pounds. Emotional support animals count as a pet. (NO EXOTIC PETS such as Alligators, Horses, Monkeys or Horses, etc. allowed.) Cleaning up after pets is more time consuming for our cleaners. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. There is a covered porch and also an awning over the back door. Please note: Take all sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc that were used and place in the basement. Parties and Events: You can park 5-6 cars at this property easily. If you plan on having 10 or more people at this house for a party DO NOT book this home. DO NOT Park in the GRASS or the neighbors driveways. ALL cars of visitors must park in the driveway or on the property. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET!
