This classic beach house is an easy walk to town and the ocean. The large living/dining/kitchen area opens up onto a sunny deck with a hot tub and an open view of the ocean. The upstairs has a Queen master, full bath, and a kids room with a twin trundle. Downstairs is another full suite with a King bed, full bath, sitting area and a pull out couch to sleep one more person. The fireplace is not operational. Gas Grill. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin trundle, 1 pull out couch. This house is located in a tight knit residential neighborhood and special care must be taken to avoid disturbing the neighbors. NO parties of any size, and NO noise on the decks or in the hot tub after 9PM. NOTE: All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
