Large 5 bed, 3.5 bath, ranch home on 3.6 acre gated and fenced private property. Large custom eat-in kitchen, family room with dining room attached, large bonus room, work desk, and treadmill room. Fully furnished home with everything you need to just bring your luggage and settle in. This is a large home with plenty of furnishings and comfort. Located in Oxford and only minutes from downtown Covington, and just a couple minutes from Emory University at Oxford, Baxter (Takeda) Pharmaceuticals, Three Ring Studios, Covington Town Center shopping center. Only a few minutes from the new Facebook campus. Interstate 20 is within 5 minutes drive of the house. All bedrooms feature Sleep Number beds and flat screen smart TVs with DirecTV. Each room has closet storage, with extra blankets and "My Pillow" pillows. Plenty of clothing storage. Each bed has a sound machine alarm clock and additional USB outlets for your devices. Wifi is strong throughout the house. The bonus room is huge and carpeted. Xbox and flat screen TV are included. There is a washer and dryer for your use, plus iron and ironing board. A clothing rack is also available. The kitchen has a large commercial cooktop and double oven. The kitchen also has a warming drawer and 2 dishwashers. It has every utensil you'll need. If you have a special request, we should be able to take care of it for you. The 5 bedrooms accommodate 10 people comfortably but the house has plenty of room for more than 10 if you bring your own sleeping bags or air mattresses. Please advise us if more than 10 are staying. We are frequently asked about events and parties. We do not allow occupancy or gatherings of over 20 people. This is a no-smoking home. No pets are allowed by either guests or friends of the guests. No tampering with smoke, fire or CO2 detectors or other devices. NO professional videography or pictures without prior consent.
