Situated at the foot of Lookout Mountain in the historic neighborhood of St. Elmo, this cozy little home is a quick 5-10 minutes from many Downtown attractions: the Incline Railway, Rock City, Point Park, Ruby Falls, the River Walk, and more. Enjoy nearby access to hiking and biking trails. There's something for everyone! Companion home to the St. Elmo Retreat. Furnished with a queen bed, two singles and a sofa bed, Charming Cottage is perfect for couples, families, friends, and anyone needing a cute, comfortable place to stay for a few nights or for an extended period of time. We do allow dogs, for an additional non refundable pet fee of $100. Additional fees will occur for any damage caused by dogs. Relax on the screened in front porch. Chill in the living room. Enjoy complimentary wi-fi and use of the washer and dryer. We're always on call to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our daughter-in-law, Erin, also helps us co-host, so you'll likely be in contact with her throughout your planning and stay. The oldest and most historic district in Chattanooga, St. Elmo has a lot to offer. There are several activities and highlights to explore both on Lookout Mountain and in downtown Chattanooga. Explore Point Park, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, the Aquarium, Riverwalk, the Chattanooga Lookouts (for baseball fans), and so much more. The area is quiet, clean, and family friendly. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby ready to be explored. The Virginia Avenue Greenway pedestrian and bike lane is about 2 blocks away, and connects St. Elmo to downtown. There is also a Carta bus (#15) that runs from St. Elmo Ave to Broad Street in downtown Chattanooga. It runs Monday through Saturday. All Pricing Includes applicable TN Sales and Gross Receipts Taxes.
