Updated 3 bed/2bath home with 2 decks, fireplace; sleeps six and dining table for 8. Mtn & pine view neighborhood. A place for relaxation! WiFi, Smart TV with movie and multiple show options in great room. Additional tv for gaming. (Bring your own console). Brick, wood burning fireplace. Big, beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 2 King beds and 1 queen futon (thick mattress). Backyard sectional couch with fire pit. Outdoor dining. BBQ. Play climbing/slide structure for kids and mini trampoline. Cherry & apple trees within a fully fenced backyard. Front deck rockers and patio table. In the summer the back deck receives the morning shade in the evenings the front deck provides more shade and sunset vistas. Short drive into the cozy village of Wrightwood’s shopping and dining district. Great food choices, coffee shop, bar, grocery shopping and quaint shops. Mtn High Resort for snowboarding and skiing is 6 miles away. Disk golf course in the summer. Hiking trails year round. Jackson Lake - swimming, kayak, picnics Silverwood Lake - boating and more (launch or rent). Desert attractions nearby. Ontario, CA Airport is only 40 min away. Our east of town neighborhood is a pleasant area with several full time residents. Access Wrightwood village above the home off Lone Pine or through Wright Mtn Rd and west on the 2. We’re happy to be your “contactless” hosts. We are available for communication during your stay over the app or txt. We are not a “professional rental home.” This is our own getaway home. Expect to find a clean home that has the shared space style with personal items mixed about. Our own favorite spices might be in the cupboards or the last bit of bottled syrup still in one of the fridge shelves along with condiments. We have our favorite used (cleaned for you) blankets and some our months old while some our vintage. Our own pics are around but there is no clutter or used dresser drawers. Bathrooms are fresh, clean, sanitized and ready for you. Our new fresh towels are rolled and laundered for you. And older perhaps a bit frayed ones on the shelf for lake play. The outside deck furitnite is cleaned after every guest or owner’s stay but may have a little Mtn wind dust or leaves on them if there has been a longer pause between used. Products and brooms are avail for your own use. The hke Is cleaned to Covid protocols for each guest rental. This house is a wonderful spot; it really is! And, It always seems best to describe the details so your rental meets your expectations. We love our home, pics are accurate, and we hope you will too. Pets max is 2 dogs. (Dogs only) $50 1st dog/$25 2nd dog. Pets must be disclosed at time of reservation. Fee paid with initial reservation. Pet waste in yard must be picked up before departure and put in outdoor trash can. Because of local wildlife pets cannot be left unattended in yard. If pet is left in home while guests are on an activities or outing the pet must be crated indoors. Sorry the rules for pets are so firm; an abundance of caution keeps the house in order and most importantly, pets safe. There is an ease and comfortableness we enjoy with the cabin and all that Wrightwood offers! Our mountain town is a small community offering great amenities for relaxation and adventure during every season.
