Berry Patch is located in a privately gated community known as Sundrops on Caney Fork. The nano-resort offers a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, pedestrian friendly walking trails, and pocket parks for reading or resting. You can also try your luck trout fishing on the banks of the Caney Fork River which runs along over 2,200 feet of the community. The Sundrops clubhouse offers an indoor lounge, fitness center, covered pavilion with large outdoor fireplace, rocking chairs. It even houses an outdoor kitchen complete with grills and smokers for cooking up your favorite meals.
