This includes disinfecting every surface from the doorknobs, window handles, toilets, showers, light switches, kitchen appliances, etc. We bleach all surfaces, including floors, doors and tables, chairs and kitchen counters. This property is less than 7 miles away from the Hard Rock Stadium, less than 4 miles from the beach, and 10 minutes from the world famous Bal Harbour Shops and beaches. This is a huge two bedrooms two bathrooms duplex. Private entrance, free parking in front of the house, billiard room, new full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Separate outdoor grill with sitting area, each duplex has its own grill. The living space is over 2,000 square feet. This is a duplex, please refer to property number 4728834 for more information on the other duplex. This is an amazing property with 5 Stars Reviews. Very old part of Miami with mature vegetation and paradise like garden. Near Aventura Mall, Haulover beach, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles beaches. The pool will only be heated in WINTER starting in January to the maximum temperature allowed of 84 degrees. Please be aware that this is a swimming pool, and NOT a hot tub. This home is for the stated amount of registered guests. There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard.
