Sebastopol Guest House

The Sebastopol Guest House is an eco-friendly, modern, stand-alone building with a high beamed ceiling, operable skylights, many windows and polished concrete floors. We LOVE sanitary. We use medical / military grade disinfectants, and always have. The bed and bedding is scrumptious. We do not use fabric softeners or scented detergents. There is heat and air conditioning, a full kitchen, strong wifi, SMART T.V. and a docking station for music. French doors open to a private patio covered by an arbor of grape vines. The Guest House is downtown, yet located on a quiet country road which is walking distance to a working farm, the Barlow, Michelin star and Zagat rated restaurants, The farmers market, breweries, tasting rooms, galleries and boutiques. Gorgeous wineries are within a 10 minute drive. We are fluent in Sonoma county. You'll find our extensive guide book we've created with insider lists of eats, drinks, adventures, spa services and more. For a multitude of reasons this private residence is not suitable for children, or anyone with mobility issues. It's a space for up to 2 adults who will sleep in the same bed.
