Relax and unwind on the 2 full size sofas while preparing a meal in the fully stocked and supplied kitchen with new appliances. We also provide a crock-pot, rice cooker, toaster, coffeepot, microwave, blender. All towels and crisp linens are provided as well as toiletries, iron and ironing boars. We also have a pak n play. There is an abundance of parking on the street for free in front of the house or in the driveway. Keyless entry takes the worry out of coming and going. There is outside video surveillance. They Cherry Park is located less than a mile away for fun summer gatherings on the grass. TriMet (light rail) is also less than a mile away with free parking. Take the train downtown and avoid the hassle of parking. There is also a bus at the end of the block, about a 2 minute walk. This 6 bedroom house is available only as a monthly rental. It is available for less than 30 days as a 5 bedroom only rental.
