Fully furnished, professionally cleaned home in a quiet community near beaches and Solomons Island, a popular nightspot. Not for hosting events w/unregistered guests. Includes onsite washer & dryer w/a 14-night stay. Before booking, contact host to confirm a pet fee -$25 daily or a sharply reduced flat fee for extended stays). This host is limiting occupancy to up to six (6) registered guests. Guests will enjoy three fully furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are two bean bag toss sets, several table games, and a badminton set to enjoy on-site. The property includes off-street parking (in the driveway) for up to 4 vehicles. Location is conveniently located to shops in Lusby, Solomons Island, and California, MD. Guests will have full access to the house, except for the: - lower level laundry room (included with a minimum stay of 14 days) - two outside storage units - maintenance hall closet (upstairs) - locked post box (For extended stays, you can make arrangements with the Post Office to have your mail held for you to pick up, by filling out a General Delivery form.) Discounts are available for extended stays. Smoking of any kind is not allowed within the house. Confirmed guests will be able to contact their host through the AirBnB email account. It is a quiet, serene nestled community with numerous local venues. Stop by Mimi's Station to view sporting events and their local entertainment. Take a hike to the Calvert Cliffs. Hang out for drinks and live entertainment at the Tiki Bar in Solomans Island after enjoying a seafood dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant, the Drydock Restaurant, and the Pier Restaurant. Note: Suggest you confirm current operating hours for all local venues before arrival. Feel free to review the host’s welcome packet on the dining table for suggestions. But, please leave the welcome packet behind for the next guest. All sights are within a short drive. Along Rt. 4, you'll find many places along the way to shop, eat, or see local historical sites in route to the following cities: Lusby, Solomons Island and California (all in Maryland).
