The Homestead Place

This restful, quiet, family friendly basement apartment stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It has two bedrooms able to sleep as many as six travelers -- one room with a queen bed, the other with a full and two bunks. Our beds are made with luxury linens and down or down alternative comforters for a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom is stocked with hotel quality towels. We supply soap, shampoo, and tp. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils; and the kitchen has a large fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a french press. Our dining nook in the kitchen seats four comfortably, but you can also remove the table to the living area and seat up to six. UPON REQUEST I will supply you with some complementary locally roasted whole bean coffee for your morning cup. Living/family area has a huge, comfy couch and a couple of chairs, a plush rug, and a flat screen TV that is equipped with Roku. Netflix is available, and you'll have access to your own Amazon Prime and other wi-fi based services through the Roku box. A few basic channels can be had, but there is no cable. We take pride in stocking our apartment with high quality, non-toxic, essential oil based cleaners and personal products. We think you'll enjoy the healthy, restful atmosphere they help to create. Please feel free to use these products while you are visiting, but since they are costly, do not take them home with you when you leave.
