This "green cabin" features a reverse osmosis water system, a 97% efficiency HVAC system, and a whole house inline hot water system, ensuring hot water will always be available. When you enter, you'll encounter a gourmet kitchen stocked with cookware and equipped with a 6-burner stove. The kitchen includes plenty of counter space with a large center island. Head upstairs to the second floor, where you'll find the loft suite with a private bathroom and standing shower. The master bedroom has another full bath and showcases a clawfoot tub alongside a spacious shower. The open-floor living area features cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams, high stone walls, an antler chandelier, and a wood-burning stove. Downstairs, find a mini-bar, television, an 11-speaker soundbar, black leather seating, a game table, and a direct entrance to the hot tub. The home comes with several flat-screen televisions. Tucked in the picturesque rolling hills of Brown County and located at one of the highest points outside of the State Park, the Raspberry Ridge cabin sits on 31 acres of wooded property, offering guests the abundance of nature, peace, and seclusion. Begin your day with an early morning stroll down the self-contained one-mile walking path to one of the prettiest vistas, where you will observe miles of Salt Creek Valley. Or, sip your coffee from the comfort of one of the two screened-in porches while watching wildlife frolicking the grounds. Enjoy dinner after cooking from the grill, and then rest in the ample seating with your family, where you will enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. Around the back, find a stone fire pit with more seating that is perfect for roasting marshmallows. Under the stars, soak your bones in the hot tub by the glow of the fire. Take a moment to drive to the Gatesville General Store and pick up a delicious, custom-made pizza or a hot country breakfast (served weekends).
