This cozy loft is located one block from Miner's Lake and the Trezona Trail- rent a bike from the neighboring business or bring your own. The property is uniquely located, allowing for ease of access during all seasons. The elegant, yet comfortable loft is approximately 1250 sq ft. The kitchen and living room are an open concept, with the bathroom and laundry room are located adjacent to the kitchen. The west bedroom is larger and has a queen bed. The east bedroom is smaller and has a day bed with a trundle bed. We supply all your basic kitchen needs, linens, extra blankets/pillows, towels, and basic toilet items.
