Snuggled up to a babbling brook, this newly renovated, lovely country property sleeps five. Full kitchen and laundry included. Outdoor deck with grill and comfortable seating. Relax rocking on the front porch with your coffee and a great book. New furniture and mattresses to make your stay restful. Interior has been freshly painted and all new appliances. Our goal is to provide an experience of upstate NY country living. This property is best suited for one couple or small family. There is only one bathroom that is located off the main bedroom. Guests must enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. Prior approval required for dogs ( no cats) and documents for up to date shots must be submitted. Guests must clean up after their dog. No cats or other animals allowed. No parties or gatherings allowed. No additional overnight guests allowed. Please read house rules.
