Dream House in the Redwoods with hot tub and sauna

This stunning, custom four+ bedroom home stands on 6 acres of redwoods, adjacent to the picturesque seaside town of Trinidad, CA. Enjoy an evening under the stars around the outdoor fire ring, in the hot tub or sauna after a day on the nearby beautiful rugged beaches of the coast of Northern California or hiking among the tallest trees in the world. Birding and wildlife viewing opportunities abound in nearby Redwood National Park. The unique architecture of this retreat home in the redwoods provides plenty of space and privacy for your group and will enhance your time on the stunning and rugged north coast of California. There are 4 proper bedrooms as well as a rec room with a sleeping futon and a sunny study nook that can be used as an additional sleeping spaces as well. In addition, we have 3 tri-fold mattresses with bedding to accommodate parties up to 12 people. The dining table seats 8-10 and a breakfast bar adds room for three more. A redwood swing set in the backyard will keep the young ones in your group entertained. The rec room provides open space and includes books, lots of family board games and yoga mats for your group's relaxation and entertainment. The Dream House affords beautiful views, serenity and privacy. The 6 wooded acres are also shared with two other Air BnB dwellings, which are also available to rent for a large group or extended family gathering, hosting up to a total combination of 22 guests. During this precarious time, we feel the Dream House's affords protection for yourself and others from potential covid spread with its self check-in, lack of need to interface with others and its isolated and private setting in nature. If you are planning a party or gathering that will entail more guests than are reserved to stay in the house, please refer to our no party policy in the "other things to note: house rules" section of this site. We absolutely respect your privacy, but are fully available to give support or suggestions to make the most of your visit to the redwoods. Redwoods! HOUSE RULES 1) There is an extra $50 charge per night for each guest over 7 guests (up to 12 guests). 2) We allow pets. There is a $50 one time pet fee, per pet 3) IMPORTANT: Please note that Air BnB has a very strict “no party” policy. Unauthorized gatherings of more than the number of people listed on your reservation may result in: • guest reviews indicating disrespect of rules • substantial fines • Air BnB sanctions • immediate eviction and/or all of the above. PLEASE Inform us immediately of any plans that might violate the no party policy so that we may discuss options with you. Thank you for your adherence to this very important rule! (We have a firm 10 PM quiet policy regardless.) 4) As we have a 'no shoes policy' on the carpeted upstairs of the home, a pair of house slippers may be something you'd like to slip into your suitcase. 5) Please enjoy the BBQ grill and leave it as clean as you found it. There will be a $25 surplus cleaning fee if grill is left soiled. Thank you! 6) Quiet hours of 8:30 am-10pm. thank you. 7) Unauthorized check out past 11am will be billed at $100 hr. 8) With prior arrangement, we can accommodate larger gatherings, celebrations and/or retreats, but we have additional stipulations that must be agreed to. Please contact us to discuss your particular situation if: -you will have more guests in the house or on the property than listed on the ‘request to book’ form -there will be any loud music or noise associated with your stay -there will be excessive alcohol consumption or -there will be any activities that may impact our neighbors or the property. Again please let us know your plans in these regards ahead of time so we can help ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience on our amazing land! Failure to inform us of gatherings entailing any of the above will subject you to fines and/or sanctions.
