The property is on an acre, with an expansive deck overlooking the Boardwalk and beach beyond is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. A short walk to the Boardwalk, beach and downtown Santa Cruz. Ideal for families, surfers, corporate retreats, photo shoots and small events. The 2,300 sq. feet, light filled space is divided into 2 floors: Downstairs: You will find brand new, updated cook's kitchen with a Sub Zero fridge, 2 dishwashers, 3 sinks and a Wolf six burner range with griddle top. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining room opens out onto an expansive deck overlooking Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk and the ocean beyond. A moroccan tiled bathroom with soaking tub is located just off the kitchen where you can hang your beach towels and rinse your feet. The large, bright and open living space is perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The downstairs also features a library room filled with books, games and kid's art supplies. Upstairs: Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, small writing desk and large closet. Bedroom #2 has a full bed, a dresser and a large closet. An additional twin mattress is located under bed. Bedroom #1 and #2 share a small bathroom with a designer tiled shower. Bedroom #3 is the Master bedroom with queen bed, built in closet and ensuite bathroom and a private deck. Bedroom #4 also has a queen bed, built-in closet, ensuite bathroom and outstanding view. Guest access: Only the main house is accessible to guests. *Please note that there is a caretaker who lives on the premises across from the main house. Neighborhood overview: Situated on a quite street that dead-ends at a park, the property is a short distance through the park and over the trestle (hello Lost Boys) to the beach and Boardwalk. No need to worry about Boardwalk parking when you are a 10 minute walk away. Downtown Santa Cruz can also be accessed on foot or by car and is 6-10 minutes away, depending on your mode of transport. Local gems Shopper's Corner and The Buttery are just 4 blocks away for all your grocery and sweet-treat needs. Whole Foods and Rite-Aid are also walking distance.
