3 Bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished single level single family home. Nestled on 1.5 wooded acres that back up to the Fort Rucker Military Installation. Fully furnished, sleeps up to 8. This comfortable home away from home is perfect for visiting our area for events, family or military functions as the cottage is just a minute or so from Fort Rucker. A quiet, country setting just minutes from everything. Best of all, we allow a single, small breed dog with approval prior to booking. It is at the owners discretion to accept or deny any pet request regardless of breed, size, etc. The cottage has a fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher, Keurig single serve coffee brewer, full sized brewer, toaster, etc. A washer & dryer is available to the guest. DirecTV and WIFI internet & printer. Enclosed screen porch overlooks the wooded lot, very quiet and peaceful. Please remember though, the best military pilots in the world train right here and you will hear helicopters from time to time. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars, street parking is available as well. Please do not park on grass; doing so may result in damage to sprinkler system. Please note that lawn care may have been scheduled prior to your visit and may perform services during your stay. No smoking on property allowed.
