The Wausau Farm House

Fall in love with the well cared for 1900's farmhouse in the heart of Wausau!! Beautiful and spacious 5 bed, 2.5 bath home awaits your stay. Close to downtown, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood that offers restaurants, local grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shop, and parks! We offer high speed internet and include HULU streaming service with LIVE local stations. Ample parking for you and guests. Early check-ins and Check-outs available upon request. Additional fees due apply and must be approved by hosts. Parking up to 5 vehicles max. (2 vehicles must be parked in garage with 3 or more vehicles) Extra guest fees: We have a base guest count of 6 guests for nightly rent. Guests 7 and up will be charged an extra guest fee of $25 per night per guest Messenger, text, cell. We want to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. If we are forgetting anything, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate to your needs. We can easily be reached via phone, text, or email. The Wausau farmhouse is located in a wonderful central area of town. Lucky's Pub and restaurant is steps down the road, they offer delicious home made food. Sylvan Hill Park, which has snow tubing, is a 3/4 mile to the north. Bring your golf clubs, Tribute Golf Course is 1.3 miles away. Lamb's Fresh Market grocery store and Kwik Trip are a 1/2 mile to the West. Thrive Foodery is a mile from the home. You WILL want to make sure you stop by for a beverage and some delicious eats. It's truly one of the best in town! There are so many great places within minutes of the home. You will have access to a full 5 bedroom home with plenty of space with the 2 car attached garage. You can use garages or park in front of the garage. Additional parking locations for multiple vehicles can be given if needed. Included for your comfort - WIFI, Tv's with streaming options, coffee, comfortable beds with space! Have access to the 2 car garage with kayak and ski storage. The entire home is supplied with all necessities to your enjoy your stay. Wausau offers many options for transportation. Uber/Lyft, Taxi, or bus can get you to where you want to go.
