There are three bedrooms - two with queen-size beds and one with a full bed - and a full bathroom upstairs. On the main floor, there is a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a full bath with a coat closet and washer and dryer. The living space is open and includes two dining tables, a 32" flat screen tv with dvd player, two couches, two twin sleigh beds, and additional seating. There is a closed porch in the front of the house and a deck out front. The yard is 1/2 acre and offers plenty of grass for play. There is a gas/charcoal grill on the back porch and a fire pit outside to the side of the garage with a swinging seat. There is a two car garage with one side for parking and one side filled with seats for hanging out.
