The House Above the Barn at MEA Haven Farm

*Please note that the minimum stay is 2 nights* Welcome to the "House Above the Barn" at MEA Haven Farm, a working horse farm nestled in the rolling hills of Aldie VA only minutes from historic Middleburg, Upperville, Leesburg and other quaint townships in the heart of Virginia's Horse Country. The house is equipped with Central Heat and A/C, Washer/Dryer, FIOS Wireless Internet for your TV enjoyment, emailing and web browsing. Amenities also include a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee maker, blender, utensils, serving ware, and bakeware. The spacious Main Bedroom provides a king bed, Smart TV, a large master bathroom, and a Jacuzzi. Bedroom 1: Double Bed, Roku Smart TV, Full Bath Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, TV, 1/2 Bath We also offer an elevator and two BBQ grills. One on the patio and one in the side yard. There's seating for 6 on the deck, and plenty of seats under the trees on the side yard. Wheelchair accessible. All bed linens and towels are provided. ***Offsite chef may be available to make wonderful meals waiting for you when you arrive. There is a 2 stall barn available for guests who wish to bring their horses with them (Please no stallions). We offer our indoor and outdoor ring to ride. Owners must provide the property owner with a current Coggins test and proof of Flu/Rhino Vaccines given within 6 months **Last but not least...MEA Haven Farm is a working barn. There are 14 horses that live on the "1st floor." Each morning you may hear the nickers for breakfast and in the evening the neighs for dinner. For our guest's safety, please no unsupervised visits in the barn or paddocks. We look forward to seeing you!!
