This beautiful beach condo is in an ideal location! There is an ocean view and all you need to do is cross the street, and you'll have your toes in the warm sand. Single-story condo easily sleeps 8 with 5 beds, and we allow up to 10 guests. The oversized garage is stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and sand toys. The condo is just a short walk to the pier and conveniently located among many eateries. Imperial Beach is the hottest trending beach town and we are right in the heart of it. Recently renovated and updated, we have worked hard to make our condo your home away from home, and have fully stocked it with everything you will need for an amazing stay less than 1 block from the beach. You’ll love the spacious living area and the ocean breeze our place has to offer! The larger master has a small, cozy deck with a view of the ocean as well as a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a large tub and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The second master has a separate entrance available, if needed, as well as an ensuite bathroom attached. The windows throughout the condo are large and numerous, letting in the bright Socal sun. The gourmet chef's Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils and dishes you need to cook and enjoy a homemade meal. The great room and dining areas are quite large - perfect for gathering while you enjoy the ocean breeze through the windows. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for guest use as well as plenty of extra bath and beach towels. Our space is very family friendly! We have two pack n play travel cribs, baby sheets/blankets, high chair, baby/kids dishes, utensils, toys, games, etc for guests to use. The large private garage is available for your vehicle(s) and stocked with several beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys and umbrellas - all you need for a great day at the beach! PLEASE NOTE: - There is no AC in our condo - we do have ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms as well as portable fans in the closets if needed. Also, there is an amazing ocean breeze that comes through the windows year round. - There is no elevator and the condo is on the second floor - although there are no stairs inside, as the entire home is on one floor. - Imperial Beach has become one of the hottest destinations for sun and surf in California, and our condo is in a prime location to enjoy it all: easy access by car, near the best restaurants, and a 1-min walk to the beach. With that in mind, there can be street noise during busier seasons. Conversely, during off-peak months, you can hear the waves from the master bedroom. - A nearby venue has live music most weekends that ends at 10 PM. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Imperial Beach is a thriving beach town with restaurants, shops, and fun bars that surround our home. Walk across the street to the ocean, fish off the pier, play at the kid's park or stroll down the street to the many restaurants. Early morning walks, often offer wonderful shell findings. GETTING AROUND: Walk to many good eats, the pier, or skate park. Ride bikes on the safe bike trail to Coronado. We are only: 25 minutes from: two International Airports (San Diego and Tijuana) 20 minutes from: Sea World, Down Town San Diego's Gaslamp District, the famous San Diego Zoo, and Petco Park.  10 minutes from SeaWorlds Water Park and Tijuana. Less than 60 minutes from Wild Animal Safari Park and Legoland HOUSE RULES: We kindly ask that you respect our home by abiding by the house rules: * Immediately notify us of any emergency and/or damage to the property. * Non-confirmed guests may not stay overnight at the condo. * Loud/disruptive behavior or parties is prohibited. * Smoking and/or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. * Do not rearrange the furniture or change network configurations. * Open flames (including grilling or barbecuing) is prohibited anywhere on condo or community premises. * Return all “beach gear” to the garage racks. * Do not use bathrooms/showers to wash sandy feet/items. * Shake out beach gear, towels, clothing, etc. in parking lot BEFORE entering. (You may use the hose in the garage to wash your feet and other sandy things.) * Do not leave oven or space heater ON when you are not present in the condo. * Always lock the door behind you when you leave. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in eviction, loss of deposit, and additional fees/charges.
