Quiet neighborhood 3 bedroom two bath small single family newly remodeled home with new beds. Includes a pillow top king in master, pillow top queen in 2nd bedroom, a full in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen air mattress for extra guests. Sleeps up to 7 people. Huge Family room with leather sectional, dinning room, with tv with basic direct tv, coffeemaker with coffee provided, along with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Included for your use while you stay in our home - 1 Standup paddle board ($100 / day value - that’s what they charge a day to rent a SUP from the marina) and life jacket included with this rental. (Available Memorial Day thru Labor Day ) 4 bicycles- 1 men’s, 1 women’s, 1 boys, and 1 girls bike included for your use while staying in our home. Helmets included as well. (Bikes locally rent for $45 per day each elsewhere) here they are included (Available Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Simplistic but functional home close to all the great outdoor attractions. (Whitewater rafting, rock climbing, horse back riding, zip lines, boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking) Relax on the front or back porches with a cup of coffee or adult beverage of you choice. Great fire pit in back yard great for roasting marshmallows. (We try to always have Firewood available at no additional charge) Grill provided for those great burgers and dogs. Washer and Dryer All the necessities are provided for you. At no additional charge, We strive to give the most value for your stay. The amenities we offer at things we look for when we travel. Our goal is for you to save enough on the amenities that your stay is essentially free. Just a note: Cell service is great but Wi-Fi is very spotty so when we go we use a cell hotspot. So no Wi-Fi but who needs it when there are so many beautiful things to see and great outdoor activities to do.
