Nestled on 5 acres with a stocked catfish pond this custom cabin is just 10 minutes to Burleson, 25 minutes to the Stockyards & 45 minutes to Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Park, 6 Flags, etc.! Our cabin was built on a tiny home concept, but without compromising comfort or losing the space to relax. Great getaway for couples or a girls weekend! One private bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa that folds flat and a cozy loft with a double bed that does requires climbing a ladder to access. The space This home is brand new and was just finished in November 2020! There is no shortage of spaces to relax; between the couch that folds out flat in front of a 46" TV, or the large covered deck with built in benches and two porch rocking chairs overlooking a fully stocked catfish pond. The kitchen includes a Keurig and a variety of KCups, toaster oven, full size range, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, dishes and a kitchen nook table perfect for all your meals. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a rain head. WiFi, (2) Mini-split ac/heater with separate controlled thermostats for comfort and TV make this one-of-a-kind place complete for any modern traveler that still wants to to experience the outdoor scenery and beauty! You don't have to stay indoors to relax, get outside and enjoy marshmallows by a bonfire, a game of darts right on the front deck, or even a game of horseshoes and corn hole. For those who want to catch their own dinner, we have several fishing poles & lures and a separate outdoor area for you to clean your fish and cook on an outdoor grill. Guest access Entire interior of cabin, pond, firepit, gazebo, horseshoe area beside cabin and gravel parking next to cabin. Other things to note If you have any special request prior to your arrival please do not hesitate to reach out to me. We want to make sure that you have the perfect getaway vacation. If additional sleeping space is needed we have a 5th wheel onsite that is available for rent at $100 per night and can sleep an additional 2 to 3 people. Also, our neighbor directly across the street has a tiny home that my husband and I also remodeled on the interior to add some warmth and charm. It is a 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a 2nd partitioned area with 2 twin beds, If you require accommodations for more than 4 people, please message me for additional information on either of these two properties.
