Summary: Great corner apartment is large, big windows, new flooring and balconies Every kitchen is equipped with large countertops, oven, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Each bedroom has large closet space, and the master suite includes a separate private bath. In-unit laundry, building has security doors and digital unit keys access to the property is 24/7 and 365 days per year check in text or e-mail. Properties are professionally managed with onsite staff living at the facility. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: This unit is used by the property management company when staff members visit town and if available is make available on Airbnb. This unit it perfect for short-term, month-to-month or extended stay rental. If you are looking for a rental apartment for work or quality lodging in the area, our guests prefer to stay in our home instead of a hotel and we consistently receive 80% + five-star reviews. We are flexible and are pet friendly. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest Access: Guest will have to climb a flight of stairs to access the second floor unit. Access to all areas of complex including a garage & GYM. Unlike a normal rental property this unit is fully furnished with a full kitchen and we include many additional included amenities like keyless entry locks, cable and wireless internet. We strive to provide a great experience for less cost than staying in a traditional hotel or motel. The Neighborhood: Located right next to the downtown this complex is next to all the key areas of Watford City. Getting Around: Easy access for any vehicle or truck. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in! Thank you in advance! Interaction with Guests: This is a corporate housing unit used for short term stays and there is full time staff to assist guests. Unlike other listings on Airbnb we are part of a full-time property management company and have full-time staff to assist our guests and respond to your needs. We provide flexibility for your stay.
