It is determined by the number of registered Guests in your party. Your registered guests determine the correct number of beds to be made-up with linens, sheets blankets and pillows. Additional towels are also provided based on the number of registered Guests in your party. IMPORTANT NOTES: a. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed in the house or anywhere on property. For Holidays there is a 3 - 4 night minimum stay, higher rates apply. All rates subject to change until Agreement accepted... A. Posted rates are for the first couple. There is a $12.00 fee per additional guest per night. Fee does not apply for Infants 12 months old or younger at time of visit, do not list in the guest count just indicate in your email. B. Must state immediately if there is a special event or group gathering function planned and if any any additional persons (other than registered guests) will be invited during your stay. C. if you check-in with more guests than what is on your reservation and the total number of guests does not exceed 10, you will be charged an extra fee of $100 per person per night. If you check-in with more than 10, your reservation will be terminated and we will keep the total cost of the reservation. Maximum occupancy per reservation is always 10 guests. D. Once you check-in, you will not be able to add/invite more guests for the duration of your stay. If these terms are violated, we will terminate your reservation and keep your security deposit. -we do not provide housekeeping services. It is the guest responsibility to stock up on amenities and groceries during your stay E. You will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement and to provide ID prior to arrival. F.
