Our family has been renting cottages in Marblehead for over 60 years. We are centrally located within 15 minutes of all local attractions, Put in Bay and Kelleys Island Ferries, and shopping and less than 30 minutes to Cedar Point. Here at Rock Harbor Cottages we have only 6 units (3 seasonal and 3 daily rentals) spread across nearly 3 acres of mature trees. Waterfront access to East Harbor that leads directly into Lake Erie. The dock is a 110 ft pier with 4, 20 ft finger docks. Please bring your boat or jet ski or just take a seat, relax and watch the day drift away or toss a line and catch a few. A new Keystone Passport Bunkhouse Camper with a slide out in the living and dining area, outdoor kitchen, cable, wifi, heat and AC. The Camper is fully furnished inside and outside. Sleeps 6. 1 Queen bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. 1 bath with a tub/shower. Air Conditioning, heat, flat screen cable tv, and Wifi. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, all necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc...). Outside there is a patio with a picnic table, awning, gas grill, Lazy Boy Outdoor Furniture, fire ring and plenty of green space to enjoy. It is approximately 150 yards down the driveway to the dock where you can catch bass, bluegill, catfish, perch, and crappie or just sit back and watch the day float by and catch beautiful sunsets in the evening. The rental includes a free dock space that can accommodate up to a 25 ft boat. Fish cleaning facilities and disposal on site. This may be a new listing but our family is not new to vacation rentals. We has been renting vacation cottages since the 1960's. We know what it takes to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Please ask if you have any questions. To keep our prices low we do not offer sheets, pillowcases, and towels. You will need to bring these with you. We do provide comforters and pillows. Fish western Lake Erie for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, and Perch aboard the Reef Bobber IV. The Reef Bobber IV is a 28 foot Marinette Sport Fishermen with a beam of 11 feet. The fishing deck is large enough to accommodate up to 6 fisherman and crew with large coolers for seating. Under the convertible soft top is seating for 9 to get out of the sun and weather. Under the bow is plenty of room to store your gear and a toilet for when nature calls. The boat is fully equipped, insured, and Coast Guard inspected and approved. Our Captains, Brad Miller and Dan Cooksey, are United States Coast Guard and State of Ohio Licensed Guides with a lifetime of experience. We offer sunset, 1/2 day, and full day walleye, perch, and smallmouth bass fishing charters.
