Enjoy your spacious 900 square feet loft with rooftop pool and hot tub. Your space includes a 55 inch television with full kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea. Fresh rehab includes washer, dryer and ironing board. You will have all the general amenities to live seamlessly. Closest parking is at Pershing Square Garage across the road. The loft is part of a large complex with strict community rules to protect the health and safety of the community - please obey signs and rules. Strictly no parties, events or additional guests in the loft without prior approval. If community rules are disobeyed, or any inappropriate behaviors reported, we have the right to evict immediately and cancel the reservation with no refund.
