Sound and ocean views from 4 decks overlooking the Surf City canals and only 3 rows from the ocean (short 5 minute walk). This reverse floor plan offers two master suites to accommodate multiple families or large groups. The beach is located 3 blocks away and the sound is located approximately 200 ft away. The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $25 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are NOT provided but can be rented through a company on the island. Bed comforters and pillows are provided on each bed. Kick back, relax and enjoy views of the ocean from the second level. Vaulted living room ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, each bedroom has a sliding door with deck access, parking under home paved and covered, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, cable TV, WIFI. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are provided along with additional beach toys and a buggy to make a trip to the beach a breeze. Surf City canal (sound) living offers safe streets for biking, running, and street legal golf carts. Set your mind at ease for children to ride their bikes or visit the playground and arcade only a couple blocks away. This vacation rental is walking distance to 5 local bars (Trailer bar, Tortugas, Surf City Line, 10th Street bar and grill, and Hula’s), 3 restaurants (10th Street Bar and Grill, Surf City Line & Hula’s sports bar), and the friendly mart convenience store. Just a short drive from surf city’s popular restaurants, fishing pier and ice cream parlors. This home features a reverse floor plan to capitalize upon the view of the ocean and sound. One king master suite located on the first floor, two bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full over twin bunk and additional full bed. 2nd king master suit is located on the second level along with the kitchen and living room area. comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. No Smoking is allowed inside this property. A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our summer season (Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend). A 3-night minimum stay is available for the off-season months. Please see rate section for rental rates. This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for speedy check in. An entry code will be provided prior to arrival by email. Keyless Codes activate at the 3 pm Check In time. Surf City, NC is a nice, quiet family beach town located on Topsail Island. You will find sandy beaches, various water activities, a pier, fishing, boat access, fish markets, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, surf shops, gift shops, etc. You can rent boats, wave runners, paddle boards, surfboards, bicycles, kayaks and any other beach equipment you may need at several locations on the island.
