Just 1 block from the Lake our Freshly Remodeled Cottage is next door to our "Hilltop View Cottage". 2 King Bedrooms and a large Bunk Room (which was the original PO for Higgins Lake) has 2 Full over Full Bunks w/another TV! Excellent Wifi (Roku) & 3 Season Room w/ table-great for work/study space. Large fenced in backyard, gas grill, outdoor dining & fire pit. Near Sam O' Set Beach. Extra Clean and Charming w/a large open Kitchen. July/Aug rentals are Sun-Sun. Pets must be approved w/Pet fee.
