The Peninsula Neighborhood was built as a walkable community filled with hiking, biking, and walking trails, a dog park, a restaurant, a coffee shop, community playground and gazebo as well as easy access to downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. There is a bus that stops a block and half from our home which runs to downtown Iowa City.
