When you choose, venture out of your cozy spot and be in the middle of activity and fun in downtown Omaha within minutes! Guests enjoy home with queen master bedroom and full size second bedroom, kitchen, dinette eating area, living/dining area and bath (shower and jaccuzzi tub). Everything you need to cook, eat, drink and be merry should be at your fingertips. There are a number of basic cooking dry goods (spices, flour, sugar, etc.), snacks, etc. Cookware, smoothie blender, waffle maker toaster, etc. available for your use. Not to mention the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. There are many items in the home designed to make your stay comfortable, pleasant and worry free. There's typically a homemade snack awaiting your arrival. Laundry room with washer, dryer, soap/softener, iron and clothes folding table at the bottom of the stairs for guest usage. Separate and private apartment in basement occasionally occupied by host. Grocery store 3 minutes away - down the hill and around the corner for fresh perishables and big ticket items. (See Guide Book for details) Parking in private driveway. Short drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Omaha, Old Market, Airport, College World Series, CHI Center, Casinos, Henry Doorly Zoo, Joslyn Art Museum or Lauritzen Garden. - Best of all worlds. The neighborhood embodies the spirit of a relaxing, enjoyable and quiet residence. If your intent is in the spirit of the house and the area, you'll be pleased. If you're looking for a party house with many uninvited guests -best swipe left and go on to the next property. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This home is also not recommended for toddlers. Do not book if you have a busy active toddlers and/or very young children. Home is not baby/toddler proofed. Stairs inside entryway lead down to laundry area and are not safety- gated. Back patio area is edged, not fenced and intense hill slope past edging is steep to the point of impassibility.
