If you are staying in, you will find wood burning fireplaces, games, billiards, a telescope, multiple large flat screen TV's with streaming, and an open an enjoyable floor plan to make memories and enjoy with your closest family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen and BBQ in the back is perfect for cooking most any meal and dining in or outside on the patio. The master suite itself is around 1,000 square feet and enjoys incredible views of the perfectly manicured lawn and green space beyond through the floor to ceiling windows. There is a large jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, walk-in closet, as well as an additional fireplace. You won't want to miss relaxing and watching something fun on the 80" LCD mounted TV. When it is time for bed and the TV is off, enjoy the skylights to stargaze before drifting off on one of the most comfortable beds you will every sleep on. Once you descend down the spiral staircase to the lower level, you'll find a kitchenette, game table and chairs, pool table, and a third fireplace. Lots of games and children's toys are available for guest use. On this level, there are the five other bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed, three queen bedrooms, and one room with two twins. Additionally there are two full bathrooms with towels, shampoo, body-wash and conditioner. Don't forget to unwind and relax on one of the oversize chairs or sofas while streaming your favorite shows. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. If you have any interest at some concierge services let us know. We work quite closely with those that can help you arrange stocking the refrigerator, private chefs, catered meals, and a number of other services that may enhance your stay.
